With the election just around the corner, Julia Swift must have a set plan to execute her proposals if she wants to ensure her presidency in this upcoming election.

Julia Swift stands before us, in the hands of the country asking for our vote for the presidency. She uplifts the audience with a hopeful, strong tone to encourage the audience to be optimistic and send votes her way. As she continues, Swift raises many ideas to combat wildfires including bringing firefighters from the East Coast, hiring more firefighters, and working to decrease carbon emissions. Swift may have a variety of ideas to fight climate change and the wildfires, although does she have any support on how she would execute these ideas? How would she decrease carbon emissions? How would she find more people willing to risk their lives as a firefighter? With no support or plan for execution of her proposals, she may as well start from scratch. Swift, how will you make improvements to climate change with no real plans?
